I bought a new pedometer a couple days ago... I've been trying to log a few more steps each day and today I hit 7,800 steps! Woohoo! It took a lot of mall walking but I accomplished it. It definately feels so good!!!! I ate Quiznos last night which really dented my calorie and fat intake. Today my Hubby and I went to Subway. I checked the nutritional info for everything and made a relatively healthy delicious choice. I'm also noticing my mood is improving considerably. I'm feeling much more content and relaxed.
