Ran 2.5 miles last night - ran 4 miles at park today - hip feeling okay - a little tender but not bad. Can't believe how hard it is to run after 2 weeks rest - feels like my feet are made of lead! Got a bosu ball from amazon - whole package with free shipping for $85 What a workout! Can't believe I can work up a sweat on a little rubber ball! Supposed to be great for core muscles which is what I want so that I have less chance of spraining another muscle running.
Long weekend - kids have no school Mon or Tues so I was looking forward to some family time but now they have all gone out with their friends and I am here on my own - going to curl up with my book and my knitting.
