It's so hard to eat healthy on the weekends. I need to wait until everyone is done eating and eat alone it feels like. I made some healthy stir fry for myself, but because it was my son's birthday and he had a friend over i made them pizza rolls. I ended up eating three. Argh. Then I had only two ritz crackers with cheese and a slice of pepperoni, not a lot, but almost 9 g fat!!! Later we are supposed to go take them bowling and then out to eat, will the torture never end?!?!?!
