Almost through with the week. Barbell club was fun last night, getting much better at olympic lifts. I'd really like to get a bike ride in this afternoon, but I feel work is going to run late, and I'm already planning on going to crossfit later this evening. But we'll see.
Trying to work on varying my macros according to my activity. Normally, I just like to stick to a specific ratio, but when adding in two workouts a day, I definitely need more carbs than I would on a rest day. Hopefully this will give me a bit more energy, since I've been feeling a bit sluggish.
