New Year's Day - no work. Woke up around 11. slightly sore in the lower leg from yesterday's sprinting workout. Will have to adjust tonight's workout. Read the Economist (woo!). Volunteered at the SPCA for about an hour. Made this for dinner and lunches. Day 2 of Period.
