Happy new year everyone!!!

Last year I managed to lose about 23 lbs. This year I'm aiming to lose the rest of the weight (about 20 more lbs).

I've updated my bio to reflect my goals for this new year. :)

Currently, I am able to run 7 miles. My goal for 2016 is to run a 10K race and a half marathon. I'll be achieving these goals by running 3 - 4 times a week.

My weight goals are to reach 125 lbs by July 1. I'll be achieving this goal by limiting my calories to 1200 - 1500 calories a day, besides on Friday night / Saturday I can have two cheat meals. I'll also be weighing in weekly on Wednesdays, and posting a journal update about once a week.

February 1, 2016: 142.5
March 1, 2016: 139.0
April 1, 2016: 135.5
May 1, 2016: 132.0
June 1, 2016 128.5
July 1, 2016 125.0
