So, first day of the New Year, and I weigh in at 150.5 lbs. I seem to remember weighing 148.5 lbs at the beginning of 2016; definitely not moving in the right direction. Ah well, back to it I guess. My diet goals for the next week or so is to stick with 1300 cals daily with tracking. My back is better, so my exercise goals are to continue to walk every day, increasing time and speed; plus doing the back exercises prescribed. Got tomorrow off of course, but will be back at work Tuesday - gotta get back in the swing of things!
