This is the best diet/exercise routine Ive been on; I could stay on this forever! My goal is 120. The difference between this time and last month is that my hips and waist are smaller. Yippee!

Yes. I couldnt budge 30/38 for waist and hips. Now Ive moved down to 29.5/37.5. My prepregnancy measurements were 27/35.5.
