Hit a little over 8,000 steps yesterday, taking down all of the Christmas decorations and doing laundry helped, but I didn't have time for a long walk, if I would have, I would have been well over 10K. Oh well, I am not going to bed until I hit 7,500. It's a lot of walking... I want a treadmill...but where to put it?
