12/26/2016: Day 1 of restart
So today is my restart day. I have taken in my 80 grams of and kept my carbs below 30. I hate going through my carb withdraw after a length of time of eating poor. UGH... But its okay I have came along way losing a total of 165lbs in 3 years. So here to me... Now to reach my newest goal :)
