I think I ought to weigh in on Tuesdays. Mondays are always a disaster! Anyway the rain has stopped, hooray! No sunshine, but at least I can get out for a walk today 😀
140.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
