Happy New Year!! The diet is off to a good start. I've been recording what I eat the last few days, and knowing that I needed to do so kept me somewhat under control yesterday - still well over my RDI with snacks and beer but nothing like I've done in the past. And with my bike riding, I burned more calories than I took in. I am looking forward to a new year and losing this last 40 or so pounds before summer.
