4oz grass fed beef, 1 1/2 Cup Broccoli, 1 1/4 cup Kale, 1 garlic clove, 1 Tablespoon Ghee and 1Tablespoon Red Palm Oil, ground Grains of Paradise topped with three teaspoons Tapatio Hot Sauce :-))
