Sd have checked those walnuts. I cd have had a bowl of cereal. geez. I am hungry. With all this sugar free drink you would think I would not be so hungry. Need to check these medication side effects.

I know it seems like a sacrifice getting such a small amount of food with a high calorie count, but the walnuts are filling a deficiency that should help with the cravings for sweets.
