I did really well yesterday until the afternoon. My husband forgot to take his chocolate fudge to work and so guess who got 2 pieces...... ME! Plus, we're driving 8 hours tomorrow to see my family and my mom loves when I make cheesecake. So, while I was making cheesecake I decided to eat some of the batter b/c it's so good. So, I had 2 pieces of chocolate fudge & a little bit of cheesecake batter. UGH!! My sweet tooth is sooo bad. On top of all of that, I didn't go to the gym yesterday b/c I didn't feel like it. However, I did do a 20 mins Turbo Jam DVD & a 30 mins Turbo Jam DVD. So, at least it wasn't a total lost cause. Also, when I cheated... I made that one of my meals.

I made chicken salad w/ grapes & celery in it to take on the road with us tomorrow. I'm going to make those Tasty Oatmeal Muffins to take with us as well. I'm going to try to stick to the diet as close as possible but I am planning on cheating some this weekend. It's our "vacation" with my family. They have some places to eat up there that we don't have down here that I love. So, b/c we only go once a year to visit, I'm going to eat at those places. I also won't be able to exercise while we're gone. So, I'm trying to get all my exercising in this week.

Don't worry so much about it...you are doing so great and with the positive attitude you will get back on track in no time! Have a wonderful vacation and remember not to worry too much about things! Just jump back in when you get home!

Have a great weekend and enjoy yourself. If you keep your portions moderate, drink lots of water and try to keep active, you should be in great shape! Most importantly, have fun!
