1235 kcal Fat: 38.29g | Prot: 100.10g | Carb: 123.93g.   Breakfast: tea, fat free skim milk, splenda, olivio buttery spray, thomas english muffin. Lunch: water, smoked ham, pastrami, shaved turkey breast, spicy mustard, 100% whole wheat bread. Dinner: water, totally light 2 go , red onion, chicken broth 98% less fat, yellow peppers, white rice, shrimp, Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: kudos, banana, orange, chocolate, ritz crackers. more...
