Thank you! Yes, Finlay loves his baby sister - talks about her all the time at pre-school. She started at nursery on Friday, which is attached to pre-school, and they took him to visit her, which they both loved!
The book basically says you need to drink loads of water, exercise regularly and eat consistently. Probably something we all know really! However, it was interesting how it suggests you eat a balance of protein, fat and carbs at every meal and snack, although you should drop the carbs after 7. It also suggests not going more than 3 hours without eating something, which is generally fine by me! I have been trying to eat some protein with my snacks, eg apple + nuts/seeds or oatcake + houmous, and I do think that helps keep me satisfied between meals.
