Last week was my official start week, I've done very well, but am a little disappointed by the lack of weight loss. I've been weight training as well, so i hope it has something to do with that.

Diet Calendar Entries for 13 January 2010:
1804 kcal Fat: 33.04g | Prot: 90.69g | Carb: 290.45g.   Breakfast: sugar packet, coffee, Cinnamon Bun Coffee Creamer, high fiber oatmeal, yoplait peach. Lunch: v8 low sodium, lean cuisine quesadilla, Gala Apple (Medium), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Dinner: kraft zesty italian, salad, salsa, brown rice, chicken. Snacks/Other: Chocolate Pudding Cups, Graham Crackers (Plain or Honey, Includes Cinnamon), 100 calorie pack pretzel, special k cereal bar. more...

Weight loss is gradual! Since you're weight training, you will notice some weight gain. Muscle is more dense than fat!
