Last night my husband organised a burger barbeque with friends: Hellooooooo, I am working and trying to follow a diet here... No wonder I gobbled up a few chips and couldn't say no to the wine.

I lost some weight none the less, but today I will watch myself again.

I'll have to find ways to do healthier snacking, but my hubby is off to work 1200 km away in 2 wks time, so then it might become easier!
260.1 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 90.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
