Good Morning... Just had my wheaties and decided to have a couple boiled eggs as well not a good move but i did and all i could think about was how nice a pkt of chips would go down in a egg sandwich... Cant explain whats going on with me but for a couple days now i feels like im always hungry ... but im not. Its like all I want to eat is foods I shouldn't be eating and its doing my head in!... shhheeesh.

I am controlling myself a big time , just having water really helps at times. Thinking of chewing gum, I have seen a colleague of mine (slim and trim) chewing chewing gum all the time.

Shally - I used to think gum would help but then my doctor told me to avoid it, the chewing builds up your saliva your body normal produces while it eating, tricking your stomach into thinking food is coming and when it doesn't....my tummy starts grumbling! But it might work for you! Everyone is so different

Hi, Looking at your food for the day, you are eating a lot of fruit, which raises your blood sugar. I would try to cut your carbs down also.
