I'm retaining fluid, feel miserable but am hoping to get back to normal. I have congestive heart failure and retaining fluid is not good. I will try and follow my plan more closely, eat less salt and carbs. I pray I'll see a change next week.

Not sure if you can walk and exercise, but that helps me. Just focus on what you eat, and I wish you the best!

Try and get a food routine going - it's the only way I can watch my salt intake. Sucks at first, but once you drop your sodium intake from processed food for a while - everything tastes overly salty. Drink water and eat high potassium foods! Good luck!
