messed up yesterday by eating too much cause i stayed up late. not again tho. i had self control with that danish even tho i shouldnt have eaten it, but i only ate half. it wasnt good enough to make me mess up my skinny journey.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
