Since I'm teaching two classes in the evenings at a local college and full time at a high school, I've been getting up at 5:00 a.m. to do 30 minutes on the treadmill before school. It was really hard at first but now I've noticed how much more energy I have throughout the day. I hope I can keep this routine but as the semester progresses, I'm sure it will become more difficult. Kudos to all of you who exercise in the early a.m.....you're a machine!!
