Eliminating all processed foods & all animal products has made a big difference for me!One year vegan now, and one month unprocessed! Watched Chef AJs films on YouTube were very helpful. And Dr Garth Davis' book, Proteinaholic. Now I feel free to eat all the sweet potatoes I want & still lose weight!
