Ok, so yesterday I did REALLY well on my diet. I went to the gym and did the Ellyptical for 55 minutes. I had a hard time getting through yesterday's workout. I haven't been sleeping well and I was really tired. I decided not to do a Turbo Jam DVD b/c I was just so tired.

I made chocolate fudge yesterday afternoon for my husband to take to work. I was fine making it. I went downstairs right before bed to put it in a container for him & all of a sudden the smell just hit me. So, I had 2 pieces of fudge and then of course felt soooo guilty about it. My husband was like, "If that's the only thing you've cheated with in the past couple of days, you should be proud of yourself." Although I appreciate his words of encouragement, I still felt terrible about it.

This morning I'm feeling really sore. My muscles & my knees have been really hurting yesterday. I don't know if I'm working out too much or if I need to go to the doctor. Although, it might be from painting the other day, also. :)

Your doing great. Sounds like you need a day to rest.Don't worry about the fudge.Your chart looks good and I don't think those 2 pieces are going to hurt your weight loss with as much working out as you have done.Get some rest and keep up the good work.

Defiantly don't worry about the fudge....it happens to us all, as long as you get back on track you will be just fine! As for the soreness, take it easy for a few day and make sure you are OK physically....don't push to where you don't want to do it anymore! Hang in there, you are doing AWESOME!!!

You are doing so well, you should allow yourself a little treat now and then, which is what you did. Don't feel guilty! Just enjoy and move on.
