I am awfully fat and i know that. I am frustrated, angry and ready to cummit suicide if i do not reduce my weight now!!!! I love working out, doing sports but i have diet issues!!! silly, i know!!!!! Neways I have decided that I will follow a diet starting TODAY!!!! Later!!!

At least you already have the exercise thing down, so food consumption should be fairly easy to incorporate. Perhaps if you look at it as a "healthy eating plan" instead of the dreaded Diet it may help you overcome the issues. Good luck.

I agree wid above two.. U dont think of S instead its time to prove ourselves... I understand wat u must be going thru bu try to do tougher things in life instead of thinking about short cut route. Once u achieve ur goal u will be inspiration for others..
