I'm ready to go for day 2. Hoping that I can loose 50kg's in 5 months.
Broken down, this means approximately 2.5kg per week. Hard work, I think...
In the meantime, I am working very hard and don't have lots of time to really concentrate on food. Maybe that has been my biggest problem to date - Not concentrating on whats entering my body!
Drinking lots of water, but not yet cutting down on coffee - Maybe eventually.
