This is my first day here... I'm a little apprehensive as this isn't my first try at losing weight. I've never lost much on my previous attempts and I'm much bigger now than I was then.. So hello! I'm a 22yo female grad student and I weigh 220 lbs today. My goal is 150 and I'm hoping to reach and maybe surpass it before my wedding in 2 years. Nice to meet you all!
220.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
