Although I'm feeling good and following the diet closely, I've leveled off for the past two days. Not long enough to really call it a plateau, I think, but it makes me wonder if maybe I'm nearing the end of the easy-to-lose weight. Although I could technically be in Phase 2 as of today (3 weeks since I started), I really haven't added carbs back into my diet much at all. Am still pretty much eating phase 1 food. The only difference today was that I had one strawberry with breakfast (eggs, of course) and a very small serving of rice with my dinner. Seem like pretty minimal changes. I think I'll stick with this fairly restrictive version of phase 2 at least for a while and see how it goes.
I am trying to exercise more often so that I at least do *something* every day even if it's only 20 minute walk. Am still doing my big workouts two or three days a week, but supplementing it with what Teddy calls "exercise snacks" on my non-workout days.
