Finally...One more pound gone. Been stalled (actually gained a couple) I am almost to the 20# mark I have strived for! A promise to myself...I joined the 4 week INDUCTION CHALLENGE...I will not deviate. I am up to this challenge! And "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels" is my new motto, my new mindset. It holds the golden ring for me!
242.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 97.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
