So- as always, did fine over Christmas, but ate like crap the days after. I know I've gained and don't want to weigh. Plus, I woke up in severe pain last night from TOM cramps! I usually don't get cramps, but I have been hurting all day! I've tried the heating pad, and it helps some. I have no midol- trying to find some tylenol around here somewhere. I've eaten junk food again today, but not as much- mainly because I have the sweet tooth. I hurt so bad and feel so blah that I don't want to eat. Everytime I see food (even the junk), I feel like I'm going to vomit. I think I'm done for the night! :-)
