Actually weighed 174.4 but it was 8 and I usually measure at 545. Have a great thanksgiving!
Actual: Waist Measure: 33" on 11/22 (Goal is 32") BF %: 16.5% on 11/22 (Goal is 10%) Pushups: 60 this morning. I can tell my form is sucking. Took three 10 sec breaks from heavy breathing 😳(Goal is 100) Fasting: Broke fast at 12:15 pm
Cut Plan: Pushups: 50 Black Friday (form focus and breathing). Fasting: Water fast today until noon. Weight: finish cut by end of year. Exercise: Plan to enter a custom one if possible for my base metabolism. Use it to log progress.
Add dips in December probably.
