Ok Im in need of a tear or two I think....my bloodwork is worse than its been in awhile....I feel that the holiday binging had something to do with it but Im really at my whits end I exercise and eat pretty healty but obviously I am not winning the battle of health or weight. Suck!!!! So I could use some encouragement cuz Im not getting any from my doctor whom I have to see tomorrow! ;0)

Try finding one thing that is apart of this weight loss journey that your getting good results and work from there. I use the mantra Patience and Persistance cause I sometimes want to to see quicker results but I have to be patient lol.
