Regrouping my foods as they should be..low carb , good proteins and fats. I am doing my Sunday cooking for the week this always makes it so much easier to stay on track during the week. Fish tonight should be yummy!
I will question myself before I put it in my belly.. Are you hungry? If yes, then I will pause and ask Is this a good choice?
