I met 50% of my goals yesterday. I exercised for an hour on the treadmill but didn't stay at 1500 calories. Today's goal is to exercise for an hour on the treadmill and not go over my "down" day caloric limit. I'm ready for the "down" day today because I feel like I ate TOO much yesterday. We went out to eat last night and had a cookie attack right before bedtime. Today should be a better day. Let's make it a GREAT FS day!!

Bravo for the glass half full approach! Baby steps. Don't fret too much about your calories--though I know what you mean about needing that down day after a too-full day. The old brushing your teeth trick after dinner is an oldie but a goodie. I do that when my husband busts something out I don't want to eat. You'll do it tomorrow.
