1/10/2010: 155lb. Eliptical x 25 min yesterday--got sick over xmas and stopped working out. Am going to switch gears through Jan and then get back on Atkins on Feb 1. Need a change--portion control, calorie counting etc for the rest of this month and restarting my strength and aerobic programs. I got a WII fit for xmas but can't figure out how to hook it up. Very tech challenged :)
