The scale went down! Its so hard meeting macros and calories 100% but i tried and decided its gonna be one or the other. It was a huge loss for me because I haven't weighed this much since idk when. Someone told me you can tell a 5 lb difference and I didn't believe them. although it wasnt exactly 5 lbs, the movements I've been making feels easier...maybe im getting stronger. oh well, yay me! :))
