As evidenced by the gain and lack of tracking, my weight has gone up. The good, I haven't eaten that much crap, the so-so, I've apparently eaten too much "good" food, the bad, not tracking my input and failure to really exercise has added up. Now we know, we fix. Will write down everything, every little bit.
I think I need to reach out to a trainer as well. Time to start kickboxing again.
