Really on my own this week! My trainer has 2 jobs and his non-trainer job has him traveling all week, last week and next also. So I have to get myself in order and go to the gym knowing he isn't there. :(
Ah, well, it will come to that for the winter eventually, where my trainer goes back to his winter place out west. I have to be mindful of taking care of myself!
Took some measurements today and tried on a dress to put myself in mind of where I was and where I am now and where I want to go. Want to fit into that dress without pulling it down unnaturally over my be-hind! I could either alter the dress or lose another 20 pounds - will work on the 20 pounds!
My daughters and I are going Rock Climbing in Arizona in February. The goal is that I actually am strong enough to keep up with them.

It's wonderful that you have these goals to keep you motivated! I think most of us have at least one...but you have ROCK CLIMBING coming up! Boy I went once and it was a blast! Your arms have to be strong. Glad you are still going to the gym, keep it up, you got this!

I do like your goals! I'm motivated by my daughter's up-coming wedding next summer. I hope to be at goal -50 more lbs.
