Stayed on track this week. Resistance training going well. I have been working on my plank. When I started I couldn't even get in the position and hold for a few seconds and am now able to do 2 min 30 sec. I can already tell the difference in the fit of my clothes and feel much lighter even tho only lost 1 lb. Must keep going! Have a safe and happy weekend! Don't forget to turn clocks back!
