So I have stalled on the diet and just wanted to say how thankful I am for all the people both on here and the atkins website that have given me wonderful and extremely useful advice. I think I have figured out what the main problems are. I have purchased the new atkins book and know what I need to do. I knew starting this diet around this time of the year was going to be difficult but I am happy I have this time to figure things out and adjust what I need to adjust. I've said it before and I will say it again this diet is a constant learning process. I also left some challenges. I felt like they would push me but in the end added more stress and I need to be confident and do this without stress. After the first of the year will be crackdown time. This doesn't mean I am going off the diet just really focusing on building the tools I need to do this right. Thanks all. I feel like I am part of a community that knows what I am going through and motivates me to be successful.
