I have tried to do the Medterrian Diet, but I cannot handle the carb. It triggers something inside me and I can eat a half loaf of heavy grain bread before you know it, in just an hour or two, also, I seem to crave other bad carbs.. I've been doing this because I had that stent put in, but I don't feel as good as when I was doing low carb.
So today I am going back to my low carb and try to get back in line, maybe I won't eat as much meat, and go softly on the whole cream. See what happens.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
