obviously not well enough - doing something wrong these days, so going to try something a little different lo carb days (under 30) med carb days (under 60) and higher carb days (under 100) 3 low 2med 2 higher and try to keep calories on all days between 1200 - 1500 - New Year, new plan!!
182.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
