Yesterday's 5 Wins:
(I'm really like doing this... as suggested by one of my group trainers)

1. Avoided the candy, hot dogs, nachos and most tempting thing for me popcorn at our church's fall carnival.

2. Made my mason jar salads for the week

3. Grocery shopped for the week

4. Really enjoyed myself at carnival without needing food to do it, nor did I feel like I missed out on the fun. (This doesn't sound big... but this is HUGE for me)

5. Tracked my meals for the day
