Today is kind of week 2 for me and im doing low-carb to see how my body reacts to this...tomorrow i will to a weigh in. I found these Bumble Bee flavored tuna pouches and they are absolutely delicious. Today I had the Chipotle flavored one for lunch with some add ins...i think with more add ins (veggies and beans) over lettuce I can turn this into a salad for a quick dinner one night.
