yeah yeah, new year resolution bs. but - some effort is better than none. going to try P90x a second time. when i stuck to it last year for a full month i did lose good weight and get in better shape. let my roommates quit on me and my motivation left with them. now - planning it alone so that i don't get let down and use that as an excuse to stop myself. here goes. back up to a soft 195 again. hoping to reach a lean 175.
