Been hard to stick to the fasting on the weekend, but I got about 16 hr in yesterday and then GORGED on food 😳. Between the Arby's roast beef and the "Matts frap" at Libby's Ice Cream with the wife which turned out to be 4 scoops of ice cream and coffee blended together (it was delicious...)
Weekend PROs so far: Ate well for lunch and dinner IF until 1230 Not logged but drank about 120 fl oz of water Got a lot done around the house
CONs Couldn't sleep in... woke up at 530. So I painted. The FRAP Arby's While I had energy, my brain feels done for The cubs. Oh cubs why.... you're not done yet!
