Got out of school half day today with only a light dusting of snow - typical Southern reaction to snow but I'll take it :) My neighbor gave me her treadmill but after fifteen minutes, it stops. Hopefully, hubby can fix it. I've been reading Dr. Johnson's book, "The Alternate-Day Diet." It's very interesting with a lot of scientific evidence to back it up. Anybody tried this diet plan? Would love to hear about your results. Have a "snowy" FS day!

Yeah...a half day snow day to do what you want to do! I hope hubby can fix the treadmill. No haven't read The Alternate Day Diet but will check it out. By the way, I drank green tea yesterday. Thanks for your suggestion. Have a fabulous day!

Yes, hubby fixed the treadmill. Walked at 10% incline and 3.5 mi/hr. for 45 min. I can feel the burn in the backs of my thighs and I'm loving it! Thanks for asking.
