I am astounded that I have not recorded anything on this site, I have on the Atkins site. So don't think that I have given up, not at all I am still determined to lose this unwanted weight. I have been pushing around my double chin long enough, pants don't fit right because of a belly. So I am going to do something about it right now I am at 206 and I am looking forward to the next 10 pound loss. To be honest, I will be eating Popeyes Fried Chicken on Christmas Eve and I will eat our traditional meal on Christmas Day. These are the only 2 days planned for the rest of the year. On New Years Day we have the traditional Black eyes peas and cabbage so I will eat an acceptable amount and no corn bread smoked butt going to awesome for low carber me!!!I have purchased several sweaters that are too small and I refuse to take them back cause I am going to wear them this winter...
