Well here I am as a new member. Day 1 here. I began my weight loss in Oct and began at 369 pounds. I have progressed and am now starting to add more excersize. I do need to up my protein more and have begun protein shakes

That's great that you lost 60 Lbs. I noticed that you lost some but I didn't think it was that much. If I may make a suggestion, it would be this. Keep your untimate goal at around 100. But, make side goals of 20 to 30 lbs. What this does is makes it easier to make your goal. it's much easier to do it in steps than to tackle the whole mountain at once.
I can also help you with weight training when you are ready, that or you can tell me to STFU (and I will), since I know my militant nature can put some people off.
Keep up the good work, you should be very proud of yourself. 60 Lbs is no minor feat.
